Jaslene Does TimeOut Chicago

La flaca, Jaslene Gonzalez is clearing up nasty rumors and showing off her modeling skills on the cover of TimeOut Chicago’s Spring Edition.

The article speaks directly to the Jaslene haters out there and reveals that the Boricua is a lot more than just a reality television star. In the interview, Jaslene mentions that a typical day for her includes attending at least three or four casting calls and managing to book around five photoshoots a month.

Besides her modeling gigs, which include retailers, Lot 29 and Shop Bop, Jaslene is also trying to spark up her own acting career. She recently finished filming a cameo for the movie Humboldt Park, starring Debra Messing and John Leguizamo.

Jaslene also cleared up the bochinche about her being rejected at Snoop Dogg’s album release party in NYC.

“No, [the press] twisted it around,” she says, explaining the space was simply at capacity and no one was allowed in at the time she arrived. “I just came at the wrong time. But I ended up going to Butter and hanging out with Jay-Z, so it ended up well.”

No room for a top dog like Jaslene? That sounds like a diss to me!
