Shakira Happy Over Betancourt’s Release

Shakira is also happy about the Release of Martyr and Hero, Ingrid Belancourt. The Colombian Shaketon released the following statement :
“It’s a historical day for us, so that our country which has suffered so much can now cry with excitement and look towards the future and joy that unites us with a giant embrace. Colombia stands tall and looks with hope towards a future of peace that is fast approaching.”

The ” Hips Don’t Lie” described Ingrid Betancourt as a symbol of suffering and the struggle for peace which represents thousands of Colombians who have tried to stop the war and tangled affairs in Colombia.
