Shot on location in New York City’s Central Park, actress Jennifer Lopez appeared on Good Morning America earlier today where she shared her some of her training techniques in preparation for her first triathalon to be held at the end of 2008.
She may not have had the tight body she had during her “Jenny From the Block” days, but homegirl is still looking fly for having had a set of twins not too long ago. Although, still not as caliente as Jessica Alba’s post-baby body. How do these celebs manage to look so good?! (Lipo, maybe???)

i saw this this morning on gma. i was inspired by oprah running the marathon, maybe someone will be inspired by jlo and the triathalon. also, six months out on twins, there is really no excuse not to lose baby weight anymore. yes, it should take longer than six months. but toting around and three year old and a gut and calling it baby weight is unacceptable.
I think because she’s always been active, it’s easier for her because of the muscle memory BUTT (pun intended) haha, I’m sure she got a tummy tuck since her belly got so huge, there would still be a lot of skin left over and that has not memory. Either way, I still think she’s a phony. I like Rosie Perez better. At least she keeps it real.

Good for her. I understand though that she thought this was a bigger story than Phelps winning 8 gold medals. She’s running a shortened triathalon. It’s not like she is running a full iron man. Anyway, good luck to her.
