Daddy Yankee Supports John McCain?
Daddy Yankee has long been considered one of the great political minds of our time. Oh wait, no. He’s just a reggaetonero with a bad haircut. Nevertheless, Daddy Yankee has thrown his political might behind Republican candidate John McCain, calling him “the best option for the United States.”
The 32-year-old singer recently appeared alongside McCain during a rally for the candidate at a high school in Phoenix, Arizona, hoping to help the aging senator court the Latino vote in the upcoming presidential election.
Well, I don’t know about you all, but I know I always vote the way Daddy Yankee does!

Makes sense if DY is a true Capitalist. If he doesn’t want to be taxed as what is being presented in the Obama campaign then he would endorse McCain (1% of wealthy). I would hope he wasn’t doing this for publicity; He being Latino and having much more in common with the Obama story, he would want to Endorse Obama. I heard he actually approached the Obama camp and they passed on his endorsement due to the violent episodes in his past.
Can Daddy Yankee vote for president? If he was born in the U.S. I guess he can. Was he? This is all major publicity for him. Look kids! I care!

i’m not a mcsame supporter, but i felt dy had valid reasons for his support(not that he needs to validate himself to me). and mcsame has supported immigration issues for years and considering he’s from arizona he has dealt with the effects (good/bad) for a long time…your vote his your voice regardless of who you cast it for.
