Selena Gomez, Mini Humanitarian

Oh, that Selena Gomez! She’s almost too good. Our beloved hermanita just can’t get enough of these charity photo ops, participating in St. Jude’s 5th Annual Runway For Life Benefit in Beverly Hills this weekend.

Stars like Jennifer Love Hewitt, Cybill Shepherd, and Marlo Thomas were in attendance, along with other real superestrellas (ex. Hillary Duff) and then just some estrellas by association (ex. Hillary’s horse-faced sister, Haylie).

Selena joined these stars and walked the charity cat walk in various fabulous outfits before taking time to hug children and kiss babies. Of course, Selena’s charitable acts don’t end here. Selena was recently appointed to be a UNICEF spokesperson for their upcoming Trick-or-Treat campaign, which encourages fancy pants kids to give to less fortunate children. Little Selena recently said,

“I am extremely excited to be this year’s Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF spokesperson. I want to help encourage other kids to make a difference in the world and show them that Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF is such a great, fun way to get involved,”

It looks like Selena’s schedule is going to remain busy, busy, busy for some time! Next week, she’ll be riding unicorns in a field of daisies and the week after that, she’ll be curing sick puppies with her tears.
