Eva Mendes Remembers Her Roots
For Eva Mendes‘ mama, it didn’t matter that her hijita played a sexed up murderous jewel thief in her latest flick, “The Spirit.”
Instead, the location of the movie’s premiere at Hollywood’s historic Chinese Mann Theater held all the significance for her.
“She worked at the gift shop and sometimes she’d work in the theater. So taking her back the other night to where she used to be an employee, and taking her as my mother, my date… she’s very proud.”
Aww, que cute! But Eva didn’t let the family loving end with her mama. She invited 15 members of her family to the glitzy Hollywood premiere too! Props to Eva for staying…kind of…humble after making it big.
