Who Is The Hottest, Richest Latina?
Shakira, Christina Aguilera, and Jennifer Lopez were among the three Latinas that made the latest Forbes list of the Top 20 richest women in music.
Shakira hit the top of the list at #4 with $38 million earnings, while Christina made #7 and earned $20 million. Surprisingly enough, la diva J.LO hit the double digit numbers in 18th place with $6,000. All of these figures only include music industry related sells.

i’ll go with jlo, even though she can’t sing. i don’t believe shakira can either. and i agree about the culture thing as far as christina aguilera she seems to be conveniently latina.
You know, you guys can’t pick and say that she is not Latina. She is half Latina, and even though her dad was not around…it is in her blood. Her music sells in Latin America and she sings in Spanish so whatever…regardless I think that J.LO should win the contest. She is by far the prettiest and even though she can’t sing…she has the best body and the most money overall.
As for the Forbes 20 richest women in entertainment, JLo came in at #9, Christina at #18 and Shakira was not even on the list. So as for the richest, the prize goes to JLo (although I wouldn’t necessarily agree she is the hottest.)
Shakira Shakira! hahaha. Since infiltrating the American market, Shakira has changed her music to better fit the American pop scene (considered selling out to some). However, even after “selling out”, her music and personality are still more distinct and more Latina than J-Lo or Christina have ever been. Also, J-Lo and Christina have never made and will never make songs like Que Vuelvas and Estoy Aqui. Shakira, Shakira!

Speaking of Conveniently being latina..JLO anyone? i didnt surprise any of you that she went to “Premio lo Nuestro” once and that was last year when she was promoting como ama una mujer.. and don’t get me started on the roles that she plays in her movies.. shes only been latina 2 times Selena and as a MAID in Maid in Mahattan..her productions company created that role for her. They couldnt find a more influtential latina role to create???!! ANYWAYS i think that as much power, money and influence JLO has she should use it to portray a more positive view of Latinas..

I think that shakira should be the richest. She has a very unique voice, her music sells, and does a lot on her part to help children in need. If any of the three of them should be getting paid more it should be the one to who is helping the most; in not only themselves but around the world.
