There’s something strange going on with Mariah Carey. The more I’ve seen of her lately, the more I’ve noticed that the newly-forty diva is looking like she did back in the day.
Either this girl has got the world’s best dermatologist, or she’s undergoing some massive lifestyle overhaul. Now the only thing standing in between her and the old Mariah is twenty pounds and thicker eyebrows.
Whatever the reason, when recently spotted in Cape Town, South Africa alongside her hubby Nick Cannon, we couldn’t help but hear some “Dream Lover” play in our head.

Get a load of the digs Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are hoping to score! The $125 million Bel-Air mansion is currently tied with one of Donald Trump’s houses as the second-most expensive real estate listing in the country, and Mariah and her man servant have reportedly already made an offer on the Versailles-inspired estate.
The giant house was put up for sale by Suzane Saperstein, the now ex-wife of media mogul David Saperstein as part of their divorce settlement (after David was caught hooking up with the nanny…how cliché).
Is buying an enormous, multi-million dollar house really a good move right now? After all, some of you will remember that there were reports that poor Nick had to recycle the ring he had previously used to propose to an ex, just to have something to give to Mariah.
…because he’s going to want to start collecting on the bet you just lost! Nick and Mariah made it to one year!
I’m sure we’re all losing money on this one but, against all the odds, this odd couple will be celebrating their one-year-anniversary in just a few days.

What did Christmas at Mariah’s look like?
“A tree decorated with gold and silver butterflies, a manger in the front room, Christmas music blasting from ever speaker, and new husband Nick Cannon to snuggle up next to in the horse-drawn sleigh.”

Greetings from Aspen! Where, not only are husband-and-wife color coordinated outfits strictly enforced, but the monochromatic requirements stretch even to your four-legged friends.
The latest pics of Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon on their Aspen mini break show that these two have not given up the fight to look like crazy wintery clones at every available moment.
Though, I guess they do deserve some props for keeping their cool while some old turd tried taking their picture on his iPhone.
I was thinking of putting Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey’s matching Christmas ensembles into the “Quien Luce Peor?” shooting range, but there really wouldn’t be any point for that.
The only way to describe this fashion faux pas is just…Ooops. The holiday season clearly must have warped these two’s judgment, and there is no need to try and figure out which of them looks worse.

The chisme has already been circulating about Mariah Carey being pregnant, but now there’s an extra piece of information to throw in.
According to insiders, Mariah was recently in the process of planning a concert tour for next year, and had already gone as far as booking dancers, costume designers, and crew for her show.
However, it seems that the tour has been mysteriously put on hold. Does this confirm all the talk about being pregnant? Is Mariah clearing up next year to devote herself to motherhood?
According to her reps, there’s nothing to discuss.
“A tour was discussed, but nothing was confirmed. I have not been told she’s pregnant.”
What do you all think? Is she or isn’t she? And why all the secrecy? If you’re pregnant, girl, we’ll find out sooner or later. Save us the drama and just be up front about it.
Is the whole world getting pregnant? There must be some made fertility juices floating around, because the latest chisme is that Mariah Carey will soon be joining the ranks of Hollywood’s rumored mommies-to-be.
First Janet, then Angelina, and now Mariah are all the bud of the knocked-up rumors. Mariah’s stems from the New York Post, who reported yesterday:
“Spies in L.A. saw the songbird (above) coming out of a well-known ob/gyn’s office on North Crescent Boulevard, “clutching what looked like a sonogram and being greeted by her entourage with cheers. She was ebullient.” It was the same type of paper that Minnie Driver was holding when she found out she was pregnant at the same doctor’s office. Carey, who wed Nick Cannon this year in a quickie Bahamas ceremony, has made no bones about wanting a child.”
If Mariah and Nick do have a baby, it will undoubtedly be a cute little thing. But it seems to me like little old Nick Cannon might be getting more than he bargained with. At the start of the year, he was just a single guy, living ‘wild and out.’ Now, he’s on the verge of becoming an old married man with kiddies on the way!
