Executive Director José Francisco Rodríguez Orengo, of the Forensics Institute of Puerto Rico, has confirmed rumors that Miss Puerto Rico Universe’s dress was not contaminated with pepper spray.

Following the (absurd) allegations made by Ingrid Marie Rivera, tests were conducted on her “contaminated” gown and makeup applicator on Wednesday in order to determine whether or not they tested positive for the active ingredient found in pepper spray. All tests came back negative.

DUH!!!!!!! Someone should strap the lying bitcha down and make her take a lie detector test. Homegirl would fail miserably.

Way to put us on the map for lying. The woman has done Latinos a disservice through and through. She should be ashamed of herself.

And as bad as I want the mainstream American media to out her after they realize that her win was rigged, it kinda makes me cringe to think that our hole would be getting deeper and deeper.

Eva Mendes, who is rumored to be pregnant, was spotted leaving a private gym in West Hollywood yesterday. Females may have issues with the statement that I’m about to make, but that looks like a baby bump to me. Sure, the average female may have a slight belly, but this is Eva Mendes we’re talking about. A tiny Eva Longoria looked absolutely flawless at the Bambi Awards in Düsseldorf yesterday. The actress’ Mexican-American inspired restaurant El Beso is scheduled to open Jan. 4, 2008.

I had intended to comment on what looks to be Penelope Cruz’s ’80s prom dress, but then that creepy looking dude with the boom box caught my attention.

Penelope’s face is priceless. Without so much as saying a word, she’s managed to confirm that he smells as fantastic as he looks. He’s totally checking out her rack too.

While the winner of the Miss Puerto Rico Universe 2008 claims her pageant dress and makeup were doused in pepper spray, Lossip has obtained exclusive photos that may prove otherwise.

Ingrid Marie Rivera, the winner and alleged victim, is photographed wearing what seems to be the same “contaminated” gown at the pageant’s after-party.

Despite claims she “had to strip off her clothes and apply ice bags to her face and body, which swelled and broke out in hives twice” one would never guess from these photos of her laughing and smiling joyously post competition.

A source from Puerto Rico, who attended the Miss Puerto Rico Universe 2008 pageant, writes:

As we can all see, she exhibits zero signs of hives or swollen eyes, or even of being in pain. If she had been in pain during the competition, why would she choose to continue wearing the dress for hours when she no longer needed to?

Pictures from the competition further show that she exhibited zero signs of inflammation, hives, swollen eyes, or redness during the competition.

How can you test a dress for a chemical and call it “evidence” when it went through tens of pairs of hands before reaching the police on Monday? HELLOOO!

Even if the dress tested positive for pepper spray, who cares? There’s NO way to prove that the dress was doused with pepper spray on Friday night versus all day Saturday and all day Sunday.

And let’s not forget that Ingrid is also a close and personal friend of pageant director and owner, Magali Febles.

Not only is her story a lie, but her winning the competition fairly is a lie, too.
